Thirteen years in the market, seven of them in product design, and now leading design at RemoteReps. I started in 2013 directing brand and marketing work, moved into UX research on a product serving five million people, and have spent the years since shipping products end to end. My chemical engineering degree still shapes how I work: I look for the system behind the symptom. I don't just design interfaces; I design outcomes.
As lead, I own design direction and, for our internal operations platform, the product roadmap too. I take a problem from strategy through research, information architecture, and design systems to high-fidelity execution, then stay with it to see what the work actually changed. Lately that has meant turning a sprawling talent directory into a curated matching flow, replacing a patchwork of tools with one system the whole agency runs on, and bringing language models into everyday workflows in ways people barely notice. My roots in brand and marketing mean every product also tells a story worth acting on.
Based in Barcelona and working with global teams, I care deeply about mentorship, scalable systems, and the constant pursuit of learning. Whether it's a new technology or a deeper understanding of human behavior, I believe staying curious is the only way to make technology feel human again.
